Applicants should be motivated, eager to learn, serious about pursuing theatre management as a career, and willing to re-locate within Western Canada.

No previous management experience is required. The chosen applicants will receive training in all aspects of theatre management including facility operations, marketing, promotions, and human resources. Upon successful completion of the training period, trainees will be offered exciting and challenging management opportunities within our Western Canadian organization.
